Our Commitment to you

Unlike traditional tour operators, we are a purely online specialist holiday provider, contracting directly with owners and suppliers in our resorts. Therefore we don't have many of the overheads associated with larger operators such as brochures, call centres and high street travel agencies, allowing us to keep our costs down and pass on fantastic savings to our clients. As an independent accommodation specialist we are not tied to a particular airline or car hire company, giving you the flexibility to create your own tailor made holiday.

Assistance in Resort

We understand the needs of our guests and we intend to respect your privacy whilst on holiday. Rest assured, you will not be herded into coaches, asked to attend welcome meetings or be required to fill in long questionnaires. However, should you require assistance, someone will be close at hand, we have resort representatives who are on call seven days a week. Our team live locally and can offer invaluable inside knowledge on your destination and pass on great tips on places to see or visit during your holiday.
