Terms & Conditions

Included:

Rental of the villa per week
Maid service from 2 to 4 times a week
Change of towels twice a week and linen once a week.
Costs of water,electricity and gas.

Not included but available against extra payment:

Car hire, hired bikes, cots (- 2 years old), high chairs, extra bed, food pack, transfer from/to all the airports.

Booking conditions:

We will confirm your booking request after the first payment.
Flight number and arrival time has to be advised at least 1 day before arrival day.
The number of people arriving at the villa cannot exceed the amount of people booked and paid for.
Occupancy of the villas is from 4:00 PM, leaving at 10:00 AM.
A breakage deposit of 200€ (paid in cash) is required on the arrival day. This deposit will be refunded on the departure day.
HolidayVillas, cannot be accountable for missing or stolen objects in and outside the villas.
No pets allowed.
Minimum stay: 1 week

Payment:

30% of the total rental price or 100% on booking confirmation.
Rest of payment between booking confirmation and at least 8 weeks before arrival.
By bank transfer to our account.

Cancellation terms:

Cancellation notes should reach us by post, fax or email.
The 30% deposit is non refundable.

42 - 29 days before arrival.................50% of the total price
28 - 22 days before arrival.................70% of the total price
21 - 15 days before arrival.................90% of the total price
14 - 0 days before arrival.................100% of the total price

Note: If the reason of your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
